Just a quick note from your friendly neighborhood moderator...
I realize we don't have a ton of discussion on this tribe (which is fine, that's the purpose of the main HeeBee list on Yahoo Groups in any case), but I have been and will continue to be exercising some control on what gets posted here to try to keep it fairly HeeBee-related. Healing-oriented stuff usually stays, obvious spam goes, and anything else I try to use my best judgment on a case-by-case basis.
One specific note: if you're advertising something for sale, looking to rent an apartment, etcetera, then please post it as a listing rather than as a new topic/post. That's what listings are for, after all.

Re: Posting guidelines
Tue, March 20, 2007 - 10:23 PMOnly in the sense that I'd been meaning to mention it for a while, and your post just happened to remind me. Most of the time it's obvious drive-by spam I wind up deleting, so I don't bother explaining. I felt like yours seemed well-intentioned enough to deserve more than that.
To be honest, deleting your post was probably the closest decision I've made. Given that quite a few HeeBees are in or around Boulder, I was sorely tempted to leave it alone, but finally decided I needed to be consistent. After all, there are plenty of HeeBees in the SF bay area, Los Angeles, Texas, the east coast, etcetera, which would make it hard to tell where to draw the line. If anything, the fact that you posted in the Boulder tribe made it easier, since I knew the right people would still see it.
So no apology necessary, and please understand it's absolutely nothing personal. Good luck, and I hope you find a great housemate to share the place with.
